My work is rooted in the tradition of White Heaven Mongolian Shamanism—a sacred ancestral path devoted to living in harmony with Eternal Heaven, the Earth, the ancestors, the spirits of nature, and the human soul. Within this tradition, ceremony is not viewed as a method of fixing what is broken, but as a way of restoring right relationship with the natural order of life. When this harmony is remembered, the life force is able to flow more freely, supporting balance, clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging.

Guided by traditional ceremonial principles, each session weaves together shamanic trance, celestial movement, rhythm, sacred sound, breath, and embodied awareness. Rather than following a rigid sequence, the ceremony unfolds as a living dialogue with the person present, responding intuitively to what seeks balance and restoration. Its purpose is not to change who you are, but to help you return to your own original state of harmony.

Each session offered in Sion unfolds as a three-phase ceremonial journey.

Phase I — Shamanic Opening: Drum & Fire

The ceremony begins with the voice of the shamanic drum, whose rhythm has long served as a bridge between the visible and invisible worlds. Accompanied by sacred intention and the symbolic presence of fire—an ancient element of purification and transformation—the opening phase invites the mind to become quiet, the body to soften, and awareness to settle into the present moment.

Within the White Heaven tradition, this stage prepares the ceremonial space by inviting harmony between the individual, Heaven, and the living world. It creates the conditions for release, grounding, and the gentle restoration of inner balance.

Phase II — Embodied Alignment: Breath & Movement

As the ceremony deepens, attention turns toward the wisdom held within the body. Through intuitive movement, conscious breathing, and celestial dance inspired by the White Heaven tradition, the body is invited to remember its own natural rhythm.

Rather than striving to achieve a particular outcome, this phase encourages a quiet return to what already exists beneath tension and conditioning. As movement and breath come into harmony, many experience a renewed sense of presence, openness, and connection with themselves and the life that flows through them.

Phase III — Sound Integration: Crystal Resonance

The final phase is devoted to integration through vibration and sound. Crystal singing bowls and tuning forks create a field of resonance that supports stillness, reflection, and the gentle settling of the ceremonial work.

Within many shamanic traditions, sound is understood as a bridge that helps restore harmony between body, mind, and spirit. This closing phase allows the ceremony to become fully received, inviting the nervous system to relax and the life force to move with greater ease and coherence.

The Experience

Every ceremony is unique, guided by the needs of the individual and held within the intention of restoring harmony rather than pursuing a predetermined outcome. While every person's experience is different, many describe a profound sense of spaciousness, emotional release, renewed vitality, and a deeper connection with themselves, their ancestors, and the quiet wisdom of the natural world.

Like the changing seasons or the slow growth of a tree, its deeper work often unfolds gently over time, revealing itself through greater clarity, meaningful insights, a renewed sense of purpose, and a deeper relationship with the living world that surrounds us.
