The treatments, energy sessions, and shamanic ceremonies offered are holistic and spiritual practices. They do not replace professional medical or psychiatric consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. These services are designed to serve as a supportive complement to your journey, contributing to your natural well-being and energetic alignment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information or experiences received during these sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or rescheduling requests from your side must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or if you fail to attend the appointment (no-show), the service will be charged in full, and an invoice for the outstanding amount will be issued to you.
Provider Postponement & Force Majeure
In the rare event that I must postpone or reschedule our session due to unforeseen personal emergencies, illness, or force majeure, you will be notified as early as possible. In such cases, your session will be rescheduled to the earliest mutually acceptable date at no additional cost, or a full refund will be provided if a deposit was made.
Sobriety & Sacred Space Policy
To ensure the safety, purity, and integrity of the energetic space, I do not accept clients who are under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any other psychoactive substances. If a client arrives under the influence, the session will be terminated immediately, and the full fee will remain due.
